Iranian soldier Mohsen Hojaji, who was killed by Daesh terrorists in Syria, has been masterfully depicted in light on canvas.
Young artist Hassan Rouholamin’s painting depicting Hojaji moments before he was brutally beheaded was unveiled during a ceremony at Tehran’s Art Bureau on Sunday.
Rouholamin’s painting in light was rendered a few weeks ago.
The new director of Art Bureau’s Visual Arts Office, Masoud Shojaei-Tabatabaee, organized the press conference, while briefing the media about the bureau’s programs.
Shojaei-Tabatabaee added that several more paintings on Hojaji will be unveiled in the near future.
Documentaries about 40 revolutionary Iranian artists will also be produced in the future, the director said.
